Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Eff. By using Eff, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Apple App Store terms, including Apple’s Standard EULA where it applies.

Using Eff

Eff is a personal productivity and accountability app. You are responsible for the Goals, Saved Activities, Activity Logs, feedback, and other content you create or share through the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Premium Circles subscriptions

Premium Circles subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Subscription pricing, trials, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Apple Standard EULA

Eff is made available through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold, to you. Unless we provide a separate custom end user license agreement, your use of Eff is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, also known as the Apple Standard EULA.

The Apple Standard EULA applies to your license to use Eff on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store Usage Rules. It also covers related app content, materials, services, and updates unless those items are provided under separate terms.

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA where the Apple Standard EULA is required to apply, the Apple Standard EULA will control solely for that conflict.

Circle sharing

Circles are designed for shared accountability. Do not use Circles to harass, pressure, impersonate, or share content you do not have the right to share. Circle access can be limited or ended if Premium access expires or if abuse is reported.

No professional advice

Eff is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Use Eff as a tracking and accountability tool, not as a substitute for professional guidance.

Changes and availability

We may update Eff, change features, fix issues, or suspend access when needed to protect users, maintain the service, or comply with law.
